1. How do I know if my application was received?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few weeks. Reminders will be sent if anything is owed.

2. Can campers receive transportation to and from camp to the airport?
The camp does not provide transportation, but transportation can be arranged by contacting Valley Transporter at 800-872-8752, or www.valleytransporter.com

3. Can campers pick their roommate for camp?
Yes, campers can request roommates, but only reciprocal choices have 1st priority.

4. Can I download an application or medical forms on my computer?
Yes, click on register to fill out and mail your application, and click on forms to open and download the medical and waiver form. Mail in an envelope, along with a deposit or payment in full, to Peak Performance Lacrosse Camp, P.O. Box 263, West Granby, CT 06090. It is best to send all forms together, but you may send registration first with the other forms to follow.

5. What do campers need to bring to camp?
Equipment: Stick, helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouth piece, cup. GOALIES need throat and chest protector. Clothing: Plenty of athletic socks, shorts, t-shirts, supporters, sneakers, cleats, sweats, casual wear, a swim suit, towels, bedding or sleeping bag, pillow and sunscreen.

6. Can we bring fans?
Yes, we recommend bringing one. The dormitories are not air conditioned.

7. Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, but there are no refrigerators in the rooms. We also offer food and drinks at the camp store in addition to the option to order pizza and subs every night.

8. How do I check in if I am arriving late?
If you are going to be checking in late, please let us know prior to the beginning of camp. All late player check-ins will be registered at International Dormitory (High Rise) on the first floor.

9. Can campers drive to camp?
Yes, but all car keys must be turned over to camp staff at registration and will be returned at departure. For your safety and insurance reasons, you need to comply with this request.

10. Can I use my child's school/sports/physician's medical form?
Yes, school/sports/physician's medical forms can be used. These are valid for 24 months from the day of the physical, and must be signed by a physician.

11. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

  • All fees, less the registration deposit of $200, will be refunded if notification in writing is postmarked on or before june 1, 2010.
  • No refunds will be granted after June 1st, 2010.
  • An exception may be made for medical reasons. A physician's note is required.
  • If a camper is a no-show, or leaves during camp session, there will be no refund.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of camp.

12. Are there camp discounts?
Yes, as follows:

  • If paid in full by April 1st, 2010: deduct $60
  • Four or more applications in the SAME ENVELOPE: deduct $60 each
